Boston's Best Healthy Eats


One of the most frequently asked questions I get at my Boston wellness events is where to eat healthy meals out in the city.

I figured this was the perfect opportunity to share a few of my faves with you!

1. Dig Inn - the breakfast and lunch/dinner options are great for both picky eaters and health enthusiasts. If you order a bowl, you get to choose exactly which ingredients go in. On days when I'm depleted of vegetables, this is the place to be.Try the iced ginger matcha green tea if you're up for giving something new a whirl!

2. B.Good - they have everything from plant based protein bowls to burgers and delicious smoothies. I like the variety and mixing a splash of their rosemary lemonade with seltzer water as a refreshing beverage.

3. Sweet Green - the portobello mushroom bowl aka Shroomami is hands down my top order. Most of the ingredients are sourced locally, so you know whatever you order is gonna be good.

4. Verts - you can build a balanced meal with all fresh, natural ingredients. I like building a spicy bowl with all the veggies and yellow rice, topped with a falafel ball.

5. Tacos and Guac - Dorado, Anna's Taqueria, and Amelia's.

Now, I am drooling and must go eat something. Enjoy!
