St. Patrick's Day

Focus on having a fun and a healthy holiday with these 2 quick tips!

1] If you're drinking alcohol, have at least 8oz of water with every drink to avoid dehydration and a wicked hangover, to boot!

#2] Balance alcohol with a healthy dose of greens. Green juice, smoothies and sauteed leafy greens are great for gut healing.
